KINETIC PARADE REGISTRATION

Please read any waiver carefully. It includes a release of liability and waiver of legal rights and deprives you of the ability to sue certain parties. Do not agree to this document unless you have read and understood it in its entirety. By agreeing electronically, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood the text presented to you as part of the registration process. You also understand and agree that events carry certain inherent dangers and risks, which may or may not be readily foreseeable, including without limitation personal injury, property damage or death. Your ability to participate in the event(s) is/are subject to your agreement to the waiver and by agreeing herein, you accept and agree to the terms of the waiver and release agreement.

By indicating acceptance of this agreement and waiver, all registrants in this transaction are affirming they have read and understand this agreement and waiver and fully understand its terms. All registrants understand that they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. All registrants acknowledge that they are signing the agreement and waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend by their acceptance to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

I know that walking/biking are potentially dangerous activities. I should not enter the walk/bike unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by the decision of the race official regarding my ability to complete the walk/bike. In consideration of being accepted, I hereby assume all the risks arising out of this event and release and hold harmless the sponsors, officials, volunteers, administrators and all other persons associated with the Papio Kinetic Sculpture Parade including The Key West Art and Historical Society, Wonderdog Productions and their affiliates - from any and all liability claims or causes of action of every kind and nature arising out of my participation in this event. I authorize officials of the walk/bike parade to use their discretion to have me transported to a medical facility and take full responsibility of action. I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photography, tapes, motion pictures, recording, or any other record of this event for any purpose. I further understand that my entry fee is non-refundable. WHAT IS ALLOWED AS MEANS OF MOBILITY DURING EVENT AND WHAT IS PROHIBITED. NO ONE may enter this event without signing the official waiver.
